Population Health in the Asia-Pacific RegionNCEPH is involved in a wide variety of projects set in the Asian and Pacific regions. These are found in each of the themes pursued by the Centre. Much of the work on infectious diseases, modelling, environment and climate change and obesity uses data from developing countries of the region, or is focussed on policy issues that those countries might pursue. More information on these activities can be found under each of the NCEPH Themes. A group of staff and students associated with Population Health in the Asian and Pacific Regions (PHAPR) carry out work specifically oriented to the relation between the cultural settings of Australia 's neighbours and the implications these might have for health and well-being.
