Charmian Bennett

Charmian is working part time with Keith Dear on temperature change and health outcomes while compleeting her PhD (in epidemiology from Monash University). Then, she will move to a full time Research Fellow position with the Climate Change and Health group. Her background is in Physical Geography and Climatology, focussing on urban air quality and extreme biochemical events.

Adam is research assistant to Dr Helen Berry on the SPRS program, Engaged, productive and successful - or not: community participation, work and wellbeing in contemporary Australia. He is also undertaking honours in Psychology at NCEPH under Dr Berry and Professor Brian Kelly from the Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health based at the University of Newcastle, in Orange. His honours project is investigating mental health in rural New South Wales using data from the Australian Rural Mental Health Study.

Peter is working on the integrative science components of the Drug Policy Modelling Program. He is responsible for maintaining the Integrative and Implementation Sciences Network web-site (at http://www.anu.edu.au/iisn/) and ancillary components dealing with integration. Peter also assists across the I2S project areas of dialogue methods, change processes, common metrics, decision support, framing and scoping, modeling, and uncertainty.

Jenny is research assistant for Dr Helen Berry and is working on the SPRS program, Engaged, productive and successful - or not: community participation, work and wellbeing in contemporary Australia, investigating the links between social capital and mental health. She is interested in the social determinates of mental health, particularly the impact of social participation on mental health, and the way in which it can be used to prevent mental health problems.
