As a research student you can do research training through :
- a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD)
- or a Masters of Philosphy (MPhil)
For short-term research you can take advantage of:
- Fourth Year Honours. Scholarships are available for students planning to studying Honours at an ANU faculty or school in a discipline relevant to the research undertaken at NCEPH. Indigenous applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Summer Research Scholarships for undergraduate students from all over the country who are completing the third or fourth year of a full-time course
As a course-work student you can do the Master of Applied Epidemiology (MAE) .
As an Indigenous applicant for any of the above study options, we have various special scholarships for which Indigenous applicants are eligible, and highly encouraged to apply.
Our Master of Applied Epidemiology (MAE) Program has two designated places each year for Indigenous applicants. The MAE scholarship is a generous stipend to undertake this field-based program over 22 months. The program involves work placement in organisations active in the application of epidemiology in public health, and a twice yearly intensive coursework component.
