Images of the preparation, production and advertising of the Thai Health-Risk Cohort Questionnaire mailed out from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, Nonthaburi, Thailand.

 

Preparation (late 2004) for the upcoming cohort recruitment. 

Among other pre-tests, research team members investigated the accuracy of 'self-reported height and weight' in a sample of on-campus STOU students, including some monks.  This is a photo of a height test for a young monk who studies at STOU.
