The National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health sits within the ANU College of Medicine, Biology and Environment, and is the largest member of the Institute of Population Health. The Director works closely with senior academic staff and the Executive Officer to develop the Centre's research and teaching strengths, with guidance from discussions at Faculty Meetings held every two months. Monthly Centre meeting, for all staff and students, are used to exchange news and information.

The administrative team is led by the Executive Officer, who is supported by a team of internal administrative staff. The College provides additional adminstrative assistance to the Centre, through the College-wide Joint Adminstrative Group.
