Investigation of the Impact of Patient Registration in General Practice

This project investigates the impact of patient registration and patient lists in general practice on health outcomes, the satisfaction of general practitioners and their patients, and the financing of general practice.  Therefore, it is targeting funding arrangements for existing services and proposes incentive payments to GPs to facilitate the implementation and uptake of formal patient registration and subsequent commitment to registration by GPs and their patients.
