The Healthy Environments and Lives (HEAL) Network is a coalition of researchers, senior academics, policymakers, government professionals, NGOs, community groups, health practitioners, and other experts in the environmental and health fields. It is aimed at addressing the health impacts from climate and environmental change through targeted, co-designed research and translation into policy and practice.

Join us for for lively discussions on the following topics:
  1. Bushfire resilience, wood heaters, and air quality management in ACT
  2. Health system climate resilience and carbon footprint of health services in ACT
  3. Resilience and sustainability of built environments, e.g. heat resilience, flood resilience, energy efficiency, greenspace, rental homes
 
A workshop session for all participants will follow the panel, then lunch and networking will conclude the event (food and refreshments provided).
