Abstract

What a challenging year 2020 has been! October is Mental Health Month which provides us with a targeted opportunity to think about and talk about our mental health and wellbeing. The 2020 Mental Health Month theme for the ACT is ‘Conversations and Connection’. In this presentation, Jo will discuss strategies that can help build resilience and manage uncertainty. Also, people across RSPH have been asked to share some of their experiences of 2020. Come and join us for ‘Conversations and Connection’.
