Description

What a year 2020 has been!  As we come to the end of the year, it is a good time for us to recalibrate using four simple strategies: Breathe, Remove, Reflect and Reconnect. Please join us today to hear Jo talk about these four strategies and think about how they can be applied in your own life today and over the holiday break.

In addition, to help us Reconnect, there will be opportunities to share experiences of the year and compete in some team trivia!
