BrainyApp makeover to improve your brain health

BrainyApp, the free app that can help people improve their brain health, has been upgraded to reflect the latest scientific research, engage more with users and still includes games and trivia for an element of fun.

Professor Kaarin Anstey, Director of the Centre for Research on Health, Ageing and Wellbeing comments on the release of the upgraded BrainyApp which has been designed to assist users to take control of their own lifestyle and brain health to help prevent the development of dementia.

The upgrade is being launched as part of Brain Awareness Week (14-21 March) and is aimed in particular at younger audiences in an effort to highlight the message that brain health and wellbeing start's young!
