Chelsea’s PhD thesis investigates the implementation issues in the digital transformation of healthcare, including how to understand the transformation process and the changes it brings about within healthcare services. After submitting her thesis, she joins the Enhancing Chronic Disease Care group within the National Centre for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Wellbeing Research as a postdoctoral fellow. 

Her research interests focus on Aboriginal And Torres Strait Islander Health, implementation science, chronic disease management and care integration. She is passionate about promoting holistic health and wellbeing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by combining insights from various areas of study.
