PhD & MPhil

Students can undertake a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or a Masters of Philosophy (MPhil) through RSPH in research areas of anthropology, biostatistics, demography, epidemiology, sociology, or any combination of these.

A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) is an intensive research degree that normally takes between two and four years of full-time study (or equivalent) to complete.

Master of Philosophy »

The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) is designed for students who require an advanced research qualification.

Master of Philosophy (Applied Epidemiology)  »

The MPhil (Applied Epidemiology) is a two year research degree that emphases learning-by-doing.
