PHXchange provides access to, and helps develop, a wide range of tools for fostering partnership and knowledge co-production among researchers and diverse stakeholders in order to achieve better health outcomes through evidence-informed policy and practice change.
Many of the tools provided are from the on-going compilation for Integration and Implementation Sciences (i2S), developed by RSPH and PHXchange members Professor Gabriele Bammer and Mr Peter Deane. They are linked to the relevant resources pages of the i2S website and to blog posts on the Integration and Implementation Insights blog.
