About

Aimee is a Master of Applied Epidemiology (MAE) scholar in the 2026–27 cohort, with a placement at the Hunter New England Public Health Unit within Hunter New England Local Health District.

Prior to commencing the MAE, Aimee worked as an Environmental Health Officer with Lake Macquarie City Council. She also has several years of experience across NSW and Queensland Health in roles spanning health policy, planning, and ICT project delivery.

Aimee holds postgraduate qualifications in environmental health from Queensland University of Technology, and in public health and infectious disease intelligence from the University of New South Wales.

She has a strong interest in infectious diseases, particularly from a One Health perspective, and is passionate about understanding the connections between human, animal, and environmental health.
