Claire is a Master of Applied Epidemiology (MAE) scholar in the 2025-26 cohort with a placement at the Torres and Cape Public Health Unit, Queensland Department of Health.
Prior to the MAE, Claire worked in vaccine preventable disease surveillance and public health policy at the Australian Department of Health and Aged Care and contributed to the COVID-19 Response in the Australian Capital Territory through contact tracing, exemptions management and outbreak response.
Claire is an advanced science graduate from the Australian National University, with population health honours.
Claire has a keen interest in infectious diseases, outbreak management and supporting communities who face barriers to access healthcare.
