About
Eva is a Master of Applied Epidemiology (MAE) scholar in the 2022-23 cohort, undertaking a placement at the National Centre for Immunisation Research and Surveillance.
She holds a Master of Social and Biological Anthropology from the Albert-Ludwig-University in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany and a Graduate Certificate in Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases from the Charles Darwin University.
Prior to commencing the MAE program, Eva worked in a range of fields, including as Regional Anthropologist for the West Arnhem and Kakadu areas at the Northern Land Council in Darwin for almost ten years, as Technical Officer in the Medical Entomology Unit of NT Health and most recently as Research Officer at the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre.
