Lavenia is a MAE scholar in the 2026–27 cohort, placed with the Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV (SRH and HIV) Unit at the Ministry of Health and Medical Services, Fiji.

Lavenia is a recipient of the Pac-EVIPP+ scholarship for MAE at ANU.

 Lavenia has ten years’ experience in the SRH and HIV unit and served as Public Health Lead for the Lautoka–Yasawa Medical Sub‑Division during the COVID‑19 response. 

Lavenia is a medical graduate of Fiji National University and has strong professional interests in health data as a driving force in advocacy and response particularly in outbreak management.
