Hunter Baggen

About

Hunter is a Master of Applied Epidemiology (MAE) Scholar in the 2026-2027 cohort, currently placed at Queensland Health, Qld Public Health Intelligence Branch.

Hunter worked at Malaria Atlas project sourcing and collecting open-source epidemiology data. At Leyden Labs he supported clinical trial operations through influenza vaccine effectiveness research. He holds bachelors in biology and literature, a masters in public health, and a masters by research in text-mining.

Hunter is particularly interested in environmental health and spatial epidemiology.
