This project was undertaken under a contract for the Department of Health and Ageing (DOHA). It involved a literature review of Australian and international literature on the feasibility, acceptability, efficiency and effectiveness of models of nurse-led after hours face to face primary care services and nurse and physician collaborative models where nurses are the first point of contact.
