We are trying to understand what people with migrant backgrounds in Australia think and need to know about public health.

Our online questionnaire will take about 10 minutes to complete and you can win one (1) of three (3) $50 Coles e-gift cards.

We would love to hear what public health information you need and how accessible public health information are if you are:

• 18-25 years old;
• Living in Australia; and,
• You or your parent/s are born overseas

At the end of the questionnaire, if you choose to be included in the prize draw you will be asked to provide an email address or a phone number. The e-gift card will be sent to you via SMS or email.
