Comparative performance of migrant vs non-migrant doctors in OECD countries: a systematic review

It is sometimes stated that international migrant healthcare physicians in high-income countries are more efficient, accountable, and sustainable than non-migrant physicians. Non-migrant physicians, on the other hand, are frequently considered as providing more responsive, equitable, and evidence-based care.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a systematic review of research studies on the comparative quality of care provided by international migrant and non-migrant physicians in high-income nations.
