Description

What is leadership? How do you ‘learn’ it?
In this seminar and panel discussion, academic staff at RSPH who have recently undertaken training in leadership will share their ideas and experience of what it is, what they learned from the training, what was really influential for their leadership practice.
The format will be of short presentations from the panel and then open Q & A. Attendees are invited to complete the Learning Styles Questionnaire to assess their personal learning style and consider how that affects the way they communicate to others. Bring this to the seminar; at least one of the panel will provide background and comment on this during the session.
