Living with deadly thoughts

As many people with suicidal thoughts are reluctant to seek help from face-to-face services, we hope that web-based and phone-based prevention efforts will lower thresholds for help-seeking, as well as act as complementary care to regular mental health treatment programs. The aim of this project is to test the effectiveness of a web-based self-help program for suicidal thoughts.  We are currently preparing a pilot study for this project, which is funded by Australian Rotary Health.
