About

Rubi is a Wiradjuri woman from central New South Wales. Rubi has experience in mixed-methods epidemiology and qualitative genomic research, including creating and delivering community-level reports that support engagement and understanding. As part of her ongoing doctoral research, she has co-facilitated focus groups on Country and worked closely with local researchers to develop and deliver a genomics knowledge translation tool. Her skills include qualitative and quantitative research methods, data management, survey design, analysis and research dissemination. Her work is underpinned by a commitment to culturally respectful, safe, and collaborative research practices that prioritise and advance Indigenous health and wellbeing.
