Ajay graduated with Master of Climate Change from Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University. Additionally, he holds Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Water Resources Management from Pokhara University, Nepal. He has a mix research knowledge which include writing research papers and reports related to qualitative research such as policy analysis, issue analysis, systematic literature review, and quantitative research such as statistical analysis, data analysis and visualization.

During his 17 years’ career, he has acquired and utilized knowledge of field survey, research, project identification, design, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. He has worked as a researcher, project designer, implementation supervisor, project director and consultant. Ajay’s experience includes working with the government, academia, international financing institution such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank, and international NGOs.
