Jennifer is a registered Psychologist who commenced work with the Department of Defence in 2001. For seven years, Jennifer was a Senior Research Psychologist within the Psychology Research and Technology Group, with particular responsibility for Personnel Selection Research. She was an Australian representative on The Technical Cooperation Program Technical Panel 3 between 2004 and 2010. In 2007, Jennifer undertook the Australian Command and Staff Course and subsequently attained a Master of Arts in Strategy and Management. Her current position is Director Navy Psychology, within Navy Health Services.
