About
Dr Qingyue (Marco) Li is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the National Centre for Health Workforce Studies (NCHWS) at the Australian National University (ANU). He holds a PhD in Actuarial Studies from ANU. Dr Li pioneers the use of advanced dynamic micro-simulation techniques to provide evidence-based workforce planning solutions for state, territory, and regional health authorities. His recent work includes leading workforce modelling projects for territory Governments and Primary Health Networks, as well as developing innovative frameworks for incorporating unmet healthcare needs into global workforce architectures. A dedicated educator and advocate for inclusive academic environments, Dr Li also leads professional workforce planning masterclasses for health sector executives across Australia.
