Steph is a non-Indigenous Research Officer in the Culture and Wellbeing team at Yardhura Walani. She brings experience across research, government, ACCHOs, and the not-for-profit sector, with a strong focus on collaborative, community-driven work. Her research interests include health system transformation, decolonial methodologies, and intercultural communication in healthcare settings. She is passionate about supporting culturally grounded leadership and innovation that enables community-centred health system change. Steph works closely with Ray Lovett and the MK team on a range of health and wellbeing projects.
