What is the aim of the survey?

The aim of the survey is to identify more efficient ways to screen for mental health problems in the community.

Are my answers confidential?

As all responses to this survey are anonymous, none of the information that you provide can be traced back to you. All of your information is treated with the utmost privacy, and surveys will be stored on secure servers at the ANU.
