This partnership project with the Heart Foundation of Australia, Consumer Health Forum and NSW Health’s Agency for Clinical Innovation aims to quantify and prioritise targets for intervention across the spectrum of CVD risk factors, incidence, care and outcomes according to socioeconomic, rural/urban residence, Indigenous and mental health status.
