Evaluation of the Thriving Minds program in ACT primary schools

Mental Illness Education ACT (MIEACT) have developed a program called Thriving Minds that aims to support the development of emotional literacy and help-seeking skills in children. MIEACT are currently delivering Thriving Minds to primary school classroms in the ACT.
 
The Centre for Mental Health Research at the Australian National University is conducting an evaluation of the Thriving Minds program, to determine the program's effectiveness at improving emotional literacy and help-seeking for emotional distress in primary school children aged between 8 and 10 years.
